We have minimal requirements for our services. All you need to provide are two documents:
● A proof of identity, such as a passport or EU ID card
● A proof of address, which can be a driver’s license, utility bill, or bank statement.
Proof of identity
As proof of identity, we accept either an international passport or a European Union (EU) national ID card.
Passport
Please ensure that the document is valid and up-to-date. How to produce a good quality passport scan:
1) Make sure the passport is open and the pages are visible.
2) The scan should be in color, not black and white.
3) The resolution of the scan should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure that the image is clear and legible.
3) The image should be in a common file format, such as JPEG or PNG, to ensure that it can be easily viewed on any device.

NOTE! If your signature is located on the next page of your passport, please upload a scan or photo of that page in addition to the front page. This will help us to verify your identity and ensure that your application is processed quickly and accurately
ID card
How to produce a good quality EU national ID card scan:
1) Make sure that the data on the ID card is clearly visible in the scan.
2) Scan both the front and the back of the ID card, if possible.
3) The scan should be in color, not black and white.
4) The resolution of the scan should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure that the image is clear and legible.
5) Make sure that your ID card includes your signature and that it is clearly visible in the scan.
6) Save the image in a common file format, such as JPEG or PNG, so that it can be easily viewed on any device.

NOTE! We can only accept ID cards from EU citizens. If your signature is not present on your ID card, you must apply with an international passport. This is because we are unable to verify your signature if it is not on your ID card.
Proof of address
As proof of address, we accept either a driver’s license, utility bill, or bank statement.
Firstly, your proof of address must be in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese language and must be from a location outside of Portugal. This is to ensure that we can verify your address and that it is a valid form of identification.
Additionally, your proof of address must contain both your name and your full address. By full address, we mean that it should include your street, house number, apartment number (if applicable), postal code, and city. This information is necessary to provide to tax officers and in the future, it will be used in your NIF.
Lastly, it is important that the scan or photo of your proof of address is of good quality and is readable. This is to ensure that our team can easily verify the information on your document and process your submission quickly.

Driver license
NOTE! We would like to take your attention that when submitting your driver’s license as proof of address, it must include your current address and must be valid. If your driver’s license does not contain your address, or if it has expired, we will not be able to accept it as a valid form of identification.
Utility bill
NOTE! The utility bill should be in your name. We cannot accept utility bills that are not in your name, even if you are residing at the address listed on the bill. Your full name should be indicated on the document. Please ensure that your name is clearly visible and matches the name on your account with us.
The document should be issued in the last 90 days. To ensure that the proof of address is current, we can only accept utility bills that have been issued within the last 90 days.
Bank statement
NOTE! When submitting a bank statement as proof of address, it is important to make sure that the statement is in your name and clearly shows your full name. The statement must also be issued within the last 90 days to ensure that it is current.
Please note that for privacy and security reasons, you may choose to black out any transaction details or bank balance information on the statement before submitting it to us. However, it is important that your name and address information is clearly visible and matches the information we have on file for your account.
